Would micromag & microzinc benefit someone who already has a proper diet?

I'm 23 and follow a mainly plant-based diet with exception of eggs, beef liver, and meat once in a while. Would micromag and microzinc still benefit me as I don't want to overdose on any of it. Currently taking lion's mane, black seed extract, vitamin d3+k2, fish oil, evening primrose oil, and full spectrum CBD oil. Any other suggestions are welcome

75% of Americans are deficient in magnesium, due to soil depletion and other dietary issues. Unless you are ICP-MS testing your spinach for magnesium content, you really won't know if you are getting enough. You can estimate what it should have, but nutrient depletion due to over-farming and soil changes has caused a lot of foods to drop in nutrients.
