I highly doubt they would, based on the structure. That being said, we would have to separate and isolate them to avoid that. If the other compounds in lion's mane are still there, it doesn't matter if these do or not. We'd have to identify exactly which compounds in the mushroom have 5-AR effects, and remove them. As far as I am aware, I am not sure anyone has elucidated exactly which compounds those are.
