Order got Seized - We have to repay shipping?

Edit: Seized is the incorrect word. It was simply inspected then sent back to ND.
Has anyone had their order inspected and sent back before? ND is asking me to pay shipping again which seems kind of odd. It would have been nice to be informed that this happens sometimes with certain shipping methods so that we can make an informed decision about which shipping method to use.
The support lady made it seem like it was common knowledge that this happens to some packages.
Is it normal to get your order inspected and sent back without any reason? I didn’t order any racetams or anything in the grey area. Nothing I couldn’t find in a local supplement store, aside from 4’-DMA-7,8-DHF.
Really cheesed about having to pay another 40 bucks for shipping tbh

Oh interesting. Might be because I only use my last initial in place of my last name. However, I’ve always done this in the past. So, obviously something has changed.
What is the next move here, then? I’ve also reached out to your customer support rep with my suggestion about reshipping with my full name.

Do you have someone with another name at your address we can ship to instead? I am hesitant to send it out to your name again with what they were saying. This is literally the first time someone has said "The recipient is on a denied party list." Usually they are not that direct. I think shipping Asendia would make more sense, as that will clear through Canada Post instead of private.
