Order got Seized - We have to repay shipping?

Edit: Seized is the incorrect word. It was simply inspected then sent back to ND.
Has anyone had their order inspected and sent back before? ND is asking me to pay shipping again which seems kind of odd. It would have been nice to be informed that this happens sometimes with certain shipping methods so that we can make an informed decision about which shipping method to use.
The support lady made it seem like it was common knowledge that this happens to some packages.
Is it normal to get your order inspected and sent back without any reason? I didn’t order any racetams or anything in the grey area. Nothing I couldn’t find in a local supplement store, aside from 4’-DMA-7,8-DHF.
Really cheesed about having to pay another 40 bucks for shipping tbh

Hey, sorry, you are completely right! It was returned back to the shipper(you guys). I mentioned that they “seized it and sent it back”, but it was an incorrect usage of seized.
I’ll update my post for clarity. Also gonna DM you with my order number. Thanks 🙏

Very weird... There is no reason they should have sent it back to us. Also, my customer support person that responded to you did not follow protocol. Getting to the bottom of WHY a package was turned away is priority number one before we can determine next steps. Both people on my team that responded to you did not follow protocol. I am getting my customer support manager involved right now to get to the bottom of it. Don't worry, we'll figure it out and get it taken care of.
