ND vs RealMushrooms? Is the new Lion's mane released?

Original post in this thread

Used real mushrooms previously and loved them but I'm interested in ND since it is a dual extract so I believe I will get more out of it. I also heard that ND will be releasing a reworked Lion's mane in early 2022, has it been done yet?

Our 8:1 lion's mane is our most popular, for sure. I'd love to hear your feedback when you try it.

Our new lion's mane is not out yet, but we did just get some breakthroughs in the lab. It's been a long challenging process there. We built out a whole mushroom section of our lab, and our primary researcher from the EU was supposed to come and start on that project. When was his arrival date supposed to be? March 2020... Well we all know what happened after that: lockdowns and travel bans. Those travel bans were only lifted in November. Our researcher got here just after Christmas, and we hired another PhD scientist to work with him. They have been in the lab for the past 3 months making great progress. Their exact words were that they have completed the equivalent of five PhD theses worth of work and data. We have actually discovered some ground-breaking things that are going to really shake the mushroom supplement world. I had that update meeting yesterday, and it is very exciting! So we are putting all that data into a scientific paper that we will be publishing this year. It's also going to lead to a few patents around the information that we discovered, so I can't release too many details on it just yet. However, the gist of it is that we have finally discovered the missing link to the lion's mane fruiting body vs. mycelium debate. We have finally figured out why people are getting strong effects from lion's mane fruiting body, even as most people think you need the mycelium because of the erinacines. We also discovered a compound never before found in lion's mane, or any mushroom for that matter! These discoveries are going to be some big news in the lion's mane world, so I am super excited for when I can openly release all those findings. Also yes, these discoveries are going to make it into new lion's mane products that we are releasing. At least one of those will be from the mycelium, but we will also being releasing some new fruiting body extracts based on these new discoveries, too. We are also going to be modifying our extracts and standardizations for all our other mushrooms as well, apart from lion's mane. Some of our discoveries are pertinent to all fungi prooducts, so the long frustrating delays from the pandemic are finally clearing, and this year will be a good one for people who like mushroom supplements!

Is ND done launching new products?

We are absolutely NOT done with new products. We are in the thick of development for a bunch of them. Some of them are just taking longer than expected to get perfect, so we have had a lull in releases. That's just becau

There are so many bullshit tongkats on the market now, especially after Huberman went on Rogan. I am just going to be very direct here, as I no longer have the time nor the energy for bullshit. Anyone selling a 200:1 ton

That's about what I expected. These are just internal COAs. To start, analyzing nitrogen content is not an appropriate methodology for amino acid assay. This is the same shit China got away with on infant formula and spi

I have already reached out to our lawyers on this. I am sick of Consumer Lab ranking products using shoddy chemistry! Consumer Lab is using methods to quantify withanolides that only look at a small portion of them in th
