What is recommended dosage for Cordyceps (ND) per day ?

I am going intend to try Cordyceps from ND for energy and drive boost.

I wonder how many gram I could take per day ? On 500mg ND bottle, it is written 1-2 capsule per day, so it is max 1gr per day.

However, other sources said that it is allowed to consume up to 3-6 gram per day.

I'm really enjoying the cordyceps 10:1 but one thing I'm wondering is whether it's better to take daily or just as needed. Suggestions?

That depends on the person. I usually just take cordyceps as needed, when I know I need a little more oomph. Other people take it every morning, though.

My cordyceps congealed! Any way to rescue it? I haven’t gotten any water in it, I changed out the desiccant packets, but now it’s become a gooey lump. My Red Reishi purchased in the same order is still a powder, stored in the same conditions. What’s going on?
