I'm waking up more rested taking Sleep Support, but wondering how long I can consistently take it without negative effects.

You don't need to. However, it is always good to take a week off here and there to asses how you feel going back to baseline. It's not something you need to do regularly, though. It's more as a personal assessment to bet

I would do one week off every three months. That gives you body more time to actually clear things from your system.
