How are Reduced Glutathione tablets different or better than NAC?

NAC will raise glutathione levels faster in a single dose. However, reduced glutathione will reach steady state plasma levels after a few weeks of daily dosing. So NAC will be better for acute effects, but reduced glutathione will be better for daily use. Also, your plasma levels will be much more steady with daily use of reduced glutathione, whereas you will have spikes and dips with NAC. I have personally moved to just taking reduced glutathione levels daily instead of NAC as needed.
