Smell of kerosene in the product?

Does the Nigella Sativa 5% capsules generally smell like kerosene and motor oil? I Googled and it's supposed to have a pleasant fruity smell. I bought some from Nootropics Depot and it came with the seal broken / completely missing. I think I should dispose of it and try another? I am paranoid when I try a new supplement.

Thanks for looking at it. I order a lot of suppliments and hadn't seen that before. The clear plastic was intact however! I'm coming to my sister's in the US for the holidays and hoping to just mail the replacement there. I probably would of just used it had it not been my very first time (paranoid).

Okay, the clear plastic was intact?!? That makes no sense! You said the seal was not stuck in the cap, right?
