It's impossible for mold to grow in our Caffeine/NALT solution. The pH is too low. We have done lots of testing over the years on it. What you are seeing there is crystallized caffeine that has fallen out of solution. It's a supersaturated solution of caffeine, and if a drop of it sticks to the side of the dropper and the water evaporates, you are left with crystalline caffeine. It happens more in the cold, too. Caffeine only likes to stay stable in hot solutions. The colder it gets, the more likely the caffeine will precipitate out. Nothing to worry about.
