I just figured it says “these statements have not been approved by the FDA” then it’s not. But I really don’t knowS. I guess I’m the personified version of CNN spreading all this misinformation. Except; I’m truly clueless, they do it on purpose…sorry about that.

That just means the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA pre-market. In the drug industry, the marketing statements are pre-approved by the FDA before it goes to market. The same goes for the warnings. This is why you hear those warning statements on all the drug commercials. In the supplement industry, the FDA doesn't approve marketing statements in the same way. That doesn't mean we are not beholden to regulations. They are just different. If we make unsubstantiated claims, we can absolutely be held accountable by the FTC over it.
