Question about the D3/K2 tablets and calcium

I am supposed to take 500mg of calcium citrate 2-3x a day. I'm told that taking vitamin D at the same time as my calcium is ideal for absorption. Would it be best to break my d3/k2 tablet in half and take one half with each dose of calcium?

My pleasure! My lab director agreed with me after reading that study. In fact, that study shows you should have D3 in your system long before the calcium for best effect. That means taking D3/K2 daily will let it build up in your system to best affect the bioavailability of the calcium you take.
