I believe my team responded to you via email, but I will relay here as well. We do not control the /r/phenibut subreddit. I am a moderator there, but I exclude myself from decisions that would pose a conflict of interest. I very rarely get involved in bans. You should email the moderators using modmail to discuss it. I can't override them.

It probably helps that we moved to Asendia, which clears the packages in France and the Netherlands instead of Germany like DHL Ecommerce did. German customs are always horrible to deal with.
