I need to learn how to convert to a human dose. I feel a little bit better...I was taking 500mg twice a day of the ND extract for about two months.

A quick an easy way to convert dosages would be:
D x 5 / 37 for mice, where D is the dose used in the study.
D x 6 / 37 for rats, where D is the dose used in the study.
That's not an exact science, as allometric scaling from species is not exact. However, that gives you a good estimate. Rats weigh more than mice, which is why the multiplier is higher. So let's say we look at the study above. It's 1,350mg/kg in mice. So you take 1,350 times 5, then divide by 37. That gives you 182.43mg/kg. Then you just multiply it by your weight in kg. I usually use 75 kg as a "standard" human weight, but it will vary by the person.
