Some general questions before order, please

Hi
I have some general questions before I make an order, if someone could answer I would appreciate.
- Do I need to cycle OptimALA? I've taken it for 6 months now with no break, finally ran out, should I not take any for Xweeks/months or just continue with daily usage? I take 1 cap per day. I also have 90 caps of NA-R-ALA in stock which I don't use as for some reason it messes with my blood sugar (drops it) but I figure if I take it before exercise I can mitigate this?
- Is there anything other than Pomella for kidney health?
- Do you think I could get away with not using Rephyll if I am taking PEA daily? I also still have a lot of Tart Cherry but I find this causes some side effects, sadly. I have tried it three times now, first powder, then 2 bottles of the tablets. It seems to work for post-exercise DOMS however seems to cause me gout-like problems for some reason. PEA and Rephyll stack lovely but I have noticed if I have used EGCG Green Tea that day, the stack doesn't work, something MYASD confirmed with me in another thread. I did wonder if this is the Piperine in the EGCG supplement? As Rephyll looks like it is related to Piperine somewhat?
- Do I need Reduced Glutathi…

You don't really need to cycle OptimALA. Daily use is fine.

Berberine can be good for the kidneys, too.

Reishi can be as well.

NMN might show some promise, too.

I think you should use Rephyll as needed for breakthrough pain. I think PEA is a better daily supplement. Rephyll seems to be best as occasional use, rather than daily.
