Reducing or removing the vitamin C in the D3+K2 supplement?

The D3+K2 supplement contains 225mg of Vitamin C. Given that there is some research showing that taking large doses of anti-oxidants such as Vitamin C (500mg/day, see below) interferes with anabolic muscle signaling, strength development and long term muscle growth, its intake should probably be controlled by people who exercise. Anyone eating a balanced diet is probably getting enough vitamin C already so supplementation is not really necessary.

I really wanted to buy D3+K2 supplement, but I'm afraid that the extra vit C may negatively affect my gains :). Is there any possibility of either reducing or removing it from the formulation?

The vitamin C is in there to stabilize the D3 and K2 in the tablet. You need an antioxidant to prevent oxidation of the actives, or you will have them degrade over time in the tablet itself. This is why we have it in the formula. It will not meaningfully affect your gains, but it will stabilize the D3/K2. If you are worried, just avoid taking it around your workout. First thing in the morning is best for dosing D3/K2.
