Is it possible to offer pure cordycepin?

I read some interesting studies on its potential for treatment in osteoarthritis, but the dose of cordycepin was quite high, around 4-8mg/kg in mice. I think the cordyceps has 1mg per dosage. Is it feasible to bring such a product out or is that something that would be insanely expensive? Would be very interesting if so!

If you have more you can test easily, I would suggest to test on sufferers of osteoarthritis.
It looks to me like the most exciting use for it is the inflammation side of things in pain management. Might even be a good addition to a capsulized pain formula. And it also seemed to stop things progressing with the osteoarthritis. I remember reading them speculating about having potentially found a new class of painkiller with cordycepin due to the findings. Interesting, but still just speculation I guess...
Here is the article that lead me to the study.
"When the scientists administered cordycepin, orally, to the rodents with osteoarthritis, they saw that the compound blocked the mechanism set into motion by excess CPSF4 levels, and thus it suppressed inflammation.
Moreover, cordycepin also appeared to reduce pain and prevent further damage related to the progression of osteoarthritis"

That is interesting! I was more meaning the subjective energy/endurance effects. It could very well be having an inflammation effect that we are not noticing, since we are not in an inflammatory state. We can definitely do some more testing with an emphasis on people who are battling inflammation!
