Problems with shipping?

I made an order during the june sale and it has not yet updated. Its getting close to a month since I placed my order and I have never had issues with ND shipping times before. I did contact support some days ago but they have not gotten back to me about a solution yet. Anyone else have the same problem with shipping lately?

I feel for you. I ordered during the sale to.

My package went on a short tour of the USA instead of the normal 2-day shipping I've been used to. Watching the FedEx tracking each day was frustrating to say the least. I'm only in Los Angeles, I could have driven to Arizona and back in a day, instead I waited over a week.
