Problems with shipping?

I made an order during the june sale and it has not yet updated. Its getting close to a month since I placed my order and I have never had issues with ND shipping times before. I did contact support some days ago but they have not gotten back to me about a solution yet. Anyone else have the same problem with shipping lately?

What was your order number? Every country is different. Some are having delays, while others are normal. I can look into the details if I know the order number, though.
