Getting "grey area" nootropics will be MUCH more difficult to some countries in the EU.

Preface: Please do correct me if I'm wrong.
Most of us Europeans know that the cheapest shipping option, DHL eCommerce, usually goes through without too much of a hassle with customs. I've ordered Oxiracetam, Aniracetam, Coluracetam, Phenylpiracetam, and some other "grey area" nootropic compounds to Germany before both via FedEx and DHL Express, as well as DHL eCommerce. The two former ones often led to trouble, while the latter ALWAYS went through. NEVER had a problem. Racetams, mushrooms, agmatine, etc... No problem (to Germany).
Well... I took a look at the upcoming changes that will be taking place on the 1st of July, and one major point is that customs declaration will now be an obligation.
What does that mean? Well, I was always asked to provide a customs declaration when I ordered via FedEx or DHL Express to Germany, and half the time, if they didn't like something on the list, they sent it back. I never had to provide a customs declaration when I ordered via DHL eCommerce, which might explain why everything went through unnoticed.
Seems like that'll be changing soon.
Really looking forward to the EU-based store. Seriously.
