Thankyou for letting me know and no this is really a great product don't add fillers. I'd just say if you've seen this concern with other people too maybe you can put a disclaimer on the product page it'd be great if people who are unaware of this will then understand why that might have had happen.

But this really relives me as all ND products I've used have been so great, cheers to this great and high quality service 😁❤

Yeah, a disclaimer on the hygroscopic products susceptible to it is a good idea. I will speak with the team about how to word that best. Thanks!

My cordyceps congealed! Any way to rescue it? I haven’t gotten any water in it, I changed out the desiccant packets, but now it’s become a gooey lump. My Red Reishi purchased in the same order is still a powder, stored in the same conditions. What’s going on?
