An Update On New Product Releases
As you likely know, we make a concerted effort to listen to the feedback of all of our customers. While many of you were excited to now know ahead of time when a new product release is coming, and enjoyed the mystery leading up to its release, others expressed concern about what should truly be considered a "new product release." Based on that consideration, we discussed whether or not it is necessary for that product to remain a mystery as we countdown to its release date. For example, should we consider a new variation of a product that we already currently sell a "new product release?" Based on customer feedback that we have received over the last few weeks, that answer is probably not.
In an effort to strike a balance between your valuable feedback, and the original concept of releasing new products via this method, we have made the following adjustments:
