Any personal experiences? Read some promising comments about its effectiveness for fatigue, sleep and recovering but there's not really much out there.

I run a night time fight club in the alley behind the ND facility. Sometimes we allow weapons. It can get a bit messy.

LOL, I have been fixing a bunch of my drip irrigation at my house. So I have been digging shit up, ripping out thorny plants and shit, and repairing everything. I have been cutting my arms and hands up a bunch. I always seem to find a way to cut myself on weird shit, too.
