Are there any studies I’m missing that reliably quantify the amount of antioxidants we get from supplements(Oroxylin A, baicalein)? Worried about oxidative stress causing joint pain and messing with muscle gain

Like others I’m very excited about the new release however I do take baicalein and vitamin C daily. Just a bit concerned about having too many antioxidants and not enough free radicals for them to react with causing oxidative stress. The only thing relevant thing I’ve found is ORAC scores that were used to rate the amount found in food but it appears they don’t even do that anymore because they were unreliable.
Sorry if this info is out there and I’m just not finding it. If there is no solid info on the subject I assume the best thing to do would be to rotate them, right? LM suggests up to 1500mg of baicalein a day. I usually only take 600mg but sometimes 1200mg. I do notice some weird joint pain in my knees when I take it with too much vitamin C.

So many products from ND exogenous antioxidants.
Specially people double fisting ECGC and epicatechin.

LOL, EGCG is actually pro-oxidant. It is considered an antioxidant because it causes a compensatory reaction from your body's endogenous antioxidant systems.
