The vast majority of phenibut packages are getting there like normal. We have been monitoring the situation, and were fearing that it was going to be a more widespread problem. However, they all seem to be isolated cases. Maybe there is one customs inspector there that has a stick up their ass, and the people that had issues just got unlucky by getting them. It's hard to say why, but they are very isolated issues at this time.
