How much to space out enteric coated tablets and bicarbonate/etc.?

How much should I space out doses of enteric coated tablets and bicarbonate to ensure the latter doesn't cause the tablets to start dissolving prematurely? Can things like carnosine also interfere?

The average transit time out of the stomach is 4 hours. Everyone is different, and eating/fasting can affect that. However, 4 hours is the average.
