MicroMag (Sucrosomial Magnesium) vs Magnesium L-Threonate (Magtein)

Hey guys. I am wondering if anyone has tried both MicroMag and Magnesium L-Threonate and can comment on how they compare. I’m mainly wanting to know how their cognitive effects compare.
Does MicroMag appear to improve cognition in a similar way to L-threonate, if at all? I have read some experiences, but there don’t seem to be many reviews available.
I’ve been using l-threonate (not purchased through ND) for a couple of years now and have found that it is great for memory, mood, anxiety and other cognitive functions. I have recently purchased MicroMag and am waiting for delivery. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen MYASD comment saying he takes MicroMag over l-threonate. And he also theorises that MicroMag does cross the BBB in a similar way to l-threonate.
Anyone who can comment on their experiences with both or either forms of magnesium (especially experiences with MicroMag) would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

honestly i felt nothing with micromag, i think micromag is more for fixing a deficiency or basic magnesium stuff like relaxing muscles not really mood focused. If you want more relaxation go with magnesium glycinate before bed in addition to magtein in morning or afternoon

100%. Micromag is the best way to affect deficiencies. If you are not deficient, Magtein should be better because of the threonic acid allowing for a nootropic effect.
