Here’s the most boring and most unpopular review provided: it sucks for me and it was a total waste of money :(
I’m mad at myself for being so unresponsive to nootropics, probably due to some gut health issues or something. I felt no positives honestly. At times it made me feel funny and more irritated at the fact that I’m not where I wanna be at in life

If you think it is gut related, have you tried sublingual? Also, have you tried berberine with a good probiotic to help get your gut back in balance?
