FedEx issues in Arizona - Expect delays!

Just wanted to throw out a little warning for anyone ordering right now through FedEx. I ordered some stuff on the 19th and it's been updated 9 times. Every time they update it, it shows its still in Phoenix. Tomorrow will have been a week (using 2 day shipping).

After some digging I found out that they are at a near stand still in Arizona right now. Not sure why exactly but tons of delays. I am on the east coast so maybe other locations will have better luck with shipping times.
What they were answering

Absolutely man, I appreciate all you and your company does. I probly should have communicated better in my post that, I completely understand this isnt an ND issue and theres no way I would ever put this on you. It sucks that others dont realize this and are slamming you with bad ratings over it.
ND stands out to me as the only company I actually trust to give money to when it comes to supplements and what not. Every other company I used to buy from, I never actually knew what the quality of my purchases was.
This snow storm was crazy for sure and if I had any gripes with anyone i guess i would just be a bit disappointed in fed ex that they didnt communicate on their tracking what was going on. If they had notified their customers it likely would have saved you guys a lot of trouble with the customers. Shit happens though, no one could have seen this storm coming. They're great 99% of the time so it's hard to be upset.
I do appreciate you letting us know what's going on, though. Would've been great to hear this from fed ex but, it is what it is.

Trust me, I am disappointed with FedEx as well. We were alerted that there would be some weather delays because of storms. However, we were not alerted to just how bad the situation was. They almost need a severity system in place. Yellow, orange, and red perhaps. Then we can assess how bad the delays are going to be, then proactively reach out to customers. That was many people's frustration, too. We didn't proactively reach out to them. However, we only learned of the scope of the issue a few days ago. I would have liked to know the week of the storms. Plus, their tracking updates to customers were all over the place. Some people got messages about the storm. Some did not. Some people's tracking shows in Memphis. Some shows in Phoenix. Some show they were never even picked up from our facility, but they were! It's just all over the place, and when we don't have clear answers, and FedEx isn't giving clear answers to customers, that's when people get really upset.
