Did UPS compensated for wrongly delivered goods? Or its all ended up on you?

Sometimes yes. Other times no. The issue is that even if we did get compensated, it would take a lot of effort on our part to get done, and it might take months to conclude. Hell, we had a freight shipment that was destroyed that it took us over a year to be compensated for. This was for bulk raw material on pallets that was ruined because they put a fork lift tine through the barrels.
