I despise FedEx. I know these are extraordinary circumstances but they went from my first choice for shipping and receiving to the last a year ago.
Anyway I came here wondering about this so at least it’s not just my order in limbo.

We just have no better choice here in the US right now. USPS was losing tons of packages, and the ones they didn't lose got there 3-4 weeks later. UPS was delivering to the entire wrong buildings, and we could not get them to stop. Even inbound UPS packages to us kept getting delivered to our own neighbors. $10,000 shipments were being left with strangers! Customers were reporting that their packages showed delivered, but their Ring doorbells showed UPS never even stopped by their house. It couldn't go on like that. FedEx is not perfect, but they have made our operations about as steady and reliable as they can be during times like this.
