No worries! We are always trying to make shipping better. FedEx domestic has been a lot better than what we were dealing with on the USPS/UPS side, at least since we signed our service contract with them. Right now our priority is fixing international shipping, as that is a mess right now. That's a much harder nut to crack, though.
