Do you sell on Amazon?

Probably one of the biggest things is that I started right here on Reddit as a nootropics enthusiast. I was a customer just like you years ago, buying from the available vendors at the time. I was putting stuff into my body that was not properly tested in the lab. I had no idea if it was even the correct molecule, much less pure. I started this company to change this industry for the better, and to advance the analytical and quality control standards of the entire supplement industry as a whole. I use these products myself. We develop new products all the time just because I personally think they are cool and want to try them. I am also a perfectionist, so I make sure everything is as good as it can be, because I am putting it into my body as well. It's pretty unique to have the head a company as intimately involved and invested in the products themselves as I am.

From a more objective view, the thing that separates ND from our competition is our in-house analytical lab. We have a world class lab, with some very intelligent scientists working to ensure things are perfect every time. If there is ever a question whether or not something is 100% correct, we hold it back and do more analysis to make absolutely sure. I think that is one of the main things that makes us unique. I am intimately involved in everything on a day-to-day basis. I talk with my lab director in very high detail about everything. I learn as much as I can about the chemistry, and don't stop until I understand a situation completely. This allows me to make informed decisions about products and situations. Moreover, my team has a very clear mandate from me, and they know exactly what I expect of them. They know I expect them to do the absolute highest-level job possible, and look under every rock to ensure things are 100% correct every single time. I support them in that endeavor, and provide them the tools to successfully accomplish that. The quality of the end result is the first and only priority from me. If we need to spend more money on an extraction, we do it. If I need to buy new equipment to properly test something, I do it. If someone on my team needs to fly to a class on how to operate a machine, we send them. Most companies are thinking about margins and profitability first; especially the people at the top. I am only thinking about the quality of the product. We will make the numbers work later. If the numbers won't work for what I think is needed to get the quality, we don't do it. People here can attest to that. We will go out of stock on things sometimes for a year or more if I think the quality is just not there. I am more than happy to lose money to make sure the quality meets our specs each and every time. I make difficult decisions like that all the time. If the choice is to bend on our standards or go out of stock and lose sales, I choose to go out of stock. I will not let us bend our standards out of convenience to keep sales going.

The other thing that separates ND from our competition is the team I have built. It has taken me years, but I have built a team of some of the brightest and best people out there. On top of that, they are all fully onboard this mission with me. They want to be a part of advancing and improving the lab and quality control standards of the nootropics and supplements industry. When you have an intelligent and dedicated team that is all fully onboard with your mission, there is nothing you can't accomplish. The team behind ND is one of our biggest strengths, and we are going to accomplish a lot of really good things together. There's a lot I can say about ND that separates us from our competition. I could go on for hours. However, the main things are the amazing analytical lab I have build, The fantastic team I have behind me, and the dedication I personally have to ensuring we keep advancing my mission of improving every aspect of this industry.
