Anyone tried Shoden Ashwagandha before bed?

Wondering if anybody has tried Shoden before bed. I regularly took KSM-66 (the non-milk version, which some have said is less stimulating). Just wanted to see if anybody else had tried Shoden at night before I risk a sleepless night!
