When I turn my scale on it starts to climb in weight without anything on it. I have tried to recalibrate it with the instructions support gave me last time this happened, because this is the replacement they sent me and it’s doing this again.
I haven’t been rough with it at all, and have been using a different non milligram scale inbetween the replacement and from now until I can figure this out.

Sounds like an environmental problem if two separate scales are doing it. Do you have electromagnetic interference where you are placing it? Is there airflow from an AC/heater vent on it? Is the surface you are putting it on grounded, or is there a static charge? I would place my bet on electromagnetic interference. That will cause that increasing to happen. The load cell uses a small electrical circuit to measure the force on the platter. If there is electrical interference, or static, it will throw that off.
