When I turn my scale on it starts to climb in weight without anything on it. I have tried to recalibrate it with the instructions support gave me last time this happened, because this is the replacement they sent me and it’s doing this again.
I haven’t been rough with it at all, and have been using a different non milligram scale inbetween the replacement and from now until I can figure this out.

You guys were right, it was the electronics messing with the scale lol. That’s cool I didn’t know that could happen.

I figured as much. We do a lot of testing and calibration on these scales. We catch all the ones with actual manufacturing issues before they ever get to customers. That's one of the unique things we do compared to everyone else. Every single scale that customers get is tested and approved by my QC team before customers get them. Then we get them replaced by the manufacturer. It's all part of our manufacturing agreement. It's how we can make a lifetime warranty work on them. 99% of issues customers have is environmental. Most people don't realize how sensitive scale devices are to EM interference and static electricity.
