Anything to combat anti-histamine hangovers?

On regular nights I take Sleep Support, but if I know I'm going to have to pull an all nighter the next day (like today) or have bad anxiety, I take an anti-histamine to help me sleep. And for the most part it works - i seem to get far longer and deeper sleep but the hangover can be brutal.
Does anyone have any idea what the MOA is behind the hangover and is there anything that helps stop it?
(Currently thinking it's acetylcholine related so maybe some Cognizin Citicoline?)

Yeah, it is acetylcholine related. I would say alpha-GPC or Cognizin paired with something that positively modulated ACh. H1 receptors are at play, too. However, that is more difficult to target.
