Sarcosine tablets - chewable?

Why are sarcosine tablets chewable on the ND site? Just want to be sure I am not missing something. Can I still just take them like a regular pill? or is chewing required for better bioavailability?

This is also why it is so hard to encapsulate. It becomes like clay when going through the machines. It's weird. It's the single hardest thing to properly encapsulate. I bet if you weighed a bunch of berberine capsules out there, you would see massive variability. This is one reason we moved to tablets, too. It compresses into tablets much easier than flows into capsules.
