Sarcosine tablets - chewable?

Why are sarcosine tablets chewable on the ND site? Just want to be sure I am not missing something. Can I still just take them like a regular pill? or is chewing required for better bioavailability?

Yeah, me too. I sometimes forget that some people are more sensitive to that sort of thing, so letting them know they can chew them helps in that regard.
