It does seem like more people have the opposite issue—struggling to determine the effects of a supplement, or needing a high dose to perceive them.

Yeah, it is much more common to not notice effects than to get super strong effects, that's for sure.

You are correct! I think many people are confused, as everyone online parrots around the "pramiracetam is fat soluble" statement, and most people don't understand the chemistry of solubility. This means they get confused
