This is what we settled on for a strong, but reasonable, dose. It's hard to give an exact conversion to normal 7,8-DHF without speculating too much. Most people will find this dose to be more than adequate for the effects they are looking for.

Fillers are not an issue for sublingual. If they don't absorb sublingually, you'll just swallow them after a while.
