Hey everyone!
I have a question regarding the consumption of Tongkat Ali
I cap them myself but find it difficult at times to not vomit when consumed. It's oftentimes a hit or miss as to wether I feel like I have to YACK or not.. All this to say, is there a method complimenting the encapsulation of the powder that won't lead to these symptoms?
I am finally reaching out because today marks the first day out of a solid monthish that I succumbed to the yacking.
How can I work around this?
Thank you everyone and Happy new year 2021 :D

Lol, that approach too. I’ve got a tough stomach, myself.
Just took a bit ago in two edible film pouches with a glass of water, on empty stomach:
MK-677
Red Reishi
White jelly
Emoxypine
2G NAC
Curowhite
Rephyll
Coq10 powder and phytosome powder
Hesperidin
Tianeptine sulfate
EGCG+piperine tab
Thorne 2/day multi
Accelon
Life Extension D and K complex with sea iodine
Gotu kola tab
Doesn’t really bother me. Then I just drink some extra water and don’t eat for at least 30-45 mins.
A rare glimpse into one example of what I take for those that happen by here, lol.

I've only gotten the nausea once, and that was taking a 10% tablet and 2% capsule with berberine after a night of drinking. So I have felt what people are saying, but only once in a less-than-ideal situation. I can't remember the last time I threw up. Actually, I think I can. It was like 5 years ago when I tried some coca leaf powder from Peru. LOL. I had to pull my car over and threw up in the rain. I think that was the last time I threw up.
