Getting big packages overseas, customs, best shipment option

I need to make a big order, 500-600g total weight, in EU. Last time I tried DHL and it got sent back. How do I do now? Reshipper??
Edit: what is the best shipping option for me? Maybe untracked?

DHL express worldwide, IIRC there was no other choice regarding DHL

Our standard mail is DHL Ecommerce, which is why I asked. It's not listed as DHL on the site, but that is what we use. I can check with my team to make certain, but I would think our standard mail option would be the safest to Italy. That goes through the public customs clearance like a USPS package would, rather than the private clearance that DHL Express does.
