Getting big packages overseas, customs, best shipment option

I need to make a big order, 500-600g total weight, in EU. Last time I tried DHL and it got sent back. How do I do now? Reshipper??

Edit: what is the best shipping option for me? Maybe untracked?

That depends on the country. Some countries yes, other ones no. Italy seems to be fine with either. Over the past three months, most DHL Express and DHL Ecommerce packages to Italy get there just fine. DHL Express gets there in under a week on average. DHL Ecommerce is around 3 weeks on average.
