I wonder if i should buy my O3 from ND, or "Nutrimuscle" (Which is a French society that sell O3 directly frozen from the boat, also same as ND with all labels for quality).
My fear is that O3 are oxydize, i doubt about it because it's Nootropic Depot after all, i can't imagine they are bad. But still wondering. BTW i have to do an ND order so either i go for O3 from you guys (in this case which is the best form for mental health ?) or i take them from NM.

hey what are your thoughts on the difference between triglycerides VS ethyl ester fish oil?
Do ND sells both form?
What about the average totox value?

I've talked about it in detail before.
I also discussed it a bit on the Accelon post.

Moral of the story is that triglyceride forms are more acutely bioavailable, but fall off on the AUC faster. Not to mention they are more expensive, and the increase in bioavailability is not enough to justify the cost. Taking more EE fish oil makes more sense from a length of effect standpoint and a monetary standpoint. People selling triglyceride forms try really hard to make people believe they are so much better, but the data doesn't show that.
TOTOX is just a calculation. It's 2PV+AV, where PV is the peroxide value and AV is the anisidine value. It's not a measurement itself, but a calculation based off two other measures. There is zero way the OP has a product with a TOTOX of 2. I would like to see the lab data on that. Limits for PV are 5 and AV are 20. To get a TOTOX of 2 is insanely low. Having it be in a bottle? Hell no! Just opening the bottle would lead to oxidation. I have tested claims from companies saying crazy stuff like this before, and we have always proved they were lying/wrong. I have not tested Nutrimuscle yet, as this is the first time I have heard of them. However, I would bet $100 our testing shows those numbers are not accurate.
The main limitation of TOTOX is the AV value, since that uses a photometric method at 366nm. The issue is that other things can fluoresce at 366nm, which throws the measurement off. So you can only use it on oils that have nothing else in them that fluoresces at 366nm. This means krill oil is out, along with oils that have other things in them.
