nootropic depot is clearly one of the best brands out there so I'd like to know some things about red reishi product as I'm trying that for a autoimmune disease that I have.
Nootropic depot says that 8:1 extract has high amount triterpenoids which consists of main components of immune modulator and cognition benefits ( which also i was looking for ) but on some research I saw the beta glucan has immune modulators so whats going on here can someone explain?
I know 8:1 extract also has good amount of beta glucan but I just want to know can nootropic depot red reishi also be used for its benefits of immune modulator?
I didn't take 1:1 extract because I'm not looking for immune boosting and inflammation that much as I have green tea and other good things.
Last thing does lions mane 8:1 only has cognitive benefits? Because lions mane also has some immune modulator in them is that at all there in nootropic depot 8:1 extract ?
If someone could help me out here thanks alot either way I know red reishi and lions mane will be beneficial for me alot
Also please tag misteryouaresodumb if someone can I don't really know how to tag lol
Peace
Also im not looking for immune boosting and infl…

It's hard to generalize things as complex as autoimmune diseases. That being said, the 8:1 reishi absolutely does modulate the immune system. The triterpenes are immune modulators along with the beta-glucans.
