They will hold up the package and you'll have to do a lot of paperwork. You'll get it but it's kind of a pain and you may have to pay more. If you have questions when DHL holds your package, support can help you.

It's a standard procedure in Europe. They simply ask you what's in the package so they can charge duty by their agency.

This was more than that. They wanted official invoices, screenshots of the order, and printouts from his credit card statements showing all the same numbers.
