This Beta Caryophyllene cream has a very interesting patent and mechanism of action.
It's has rapid action on the CNS when applied on the back of the neck. And has similar effects to CBD.
The cream is 3% but I don't know if it is by weight or volume. I'm hoping someone smarter than me can help me mimic this cream.

No worries! I appreciate that you even give us your time, when you have so much to do at ND.
Having heard from another Redditor, it does seem like the topical is unnecessary.
I've only tried it once, but it might be awhile until I trial it again as I want to be able to isolate the effects. Which leads me to another question, with all the things you take, how are you able to try so many things and know which is responsible for what effects? I guess you already have a baseline feeling for your daily stack, so that eliminates the need to do a washout? It would be awesome if you could do a blog or post about your testing methodology

I only ever add one new thing in at a time. Often times I will drop things from my stack a week or two before I try a new thing. I never add multiple new things in at once. I always feel them out individually first. Sometimes I will add something in and not feel it, or not enough to really tell. Then I will decide if I want to drop other things to try it out again. It's not really a scientific methodology. I more care about how it subjectively affect me, and how well it plays with other things. More often than not, I will have other people on my team try a new thing with me, but they will not be on anything else. So I will see how I feel on it with my stack, then get their opinions on it alone. I don't always want to be the only one assessing new things. I always want multiple opinions to get a better view of it. Sometimes I don't like something new we are developing, but everyone else on my team loves it. Not everything is going to work well with my brain chemistry. That doesn't mean it is not useful for others.
