Need best antioxidant/anti-inflammatory that can cross BBB

Original post in this thread

Hello,

I am looking for the best antioxidant/anti-inflammatory that can cross the brain barrier. u/misteryouaresodumb

I have a tinnitus that has made me suicidal for two weeks and I am convinced that it was caused by an inflammation of the inner ear, I already have very fragile inner ear cells due to a birth problem (I am hard of hearing).

I was thinking of taking MNM + ALA + Hesperedin + longvida curcumin?

The weird thing is that I have curcumin at home but I feel like it does more harm than good, it's composed of CurQfen® and Turmacin®.

What about niacin + lion's mane?

Thanks in advance

Longvida would be my suggestion. It crosses the BBB and is a good antioxidant. There is some evidence that curcumin can help with hearing issues.

It's expensive, but LucidiSPORE might be one for you to try as well.

That could be a good stack. I see anecdotes of NMN, hesperidin, and ALA helping.

What about niacin + lion's mane?

I do see some people on tinnitus forums saying lion's mane helped. You probably don't need the niacin with the NMN, though.

I am always trying new things that we are working on. So at any one point in time my stack will be different. However, I do have some staples in my base stack that stay there pretty consistently. * CoQSol-CF * Reacta-C

Lions mane 8:1 extract on amazon has an F on fakespot. Why?

Replying to Fakespot · We can see why this thread would gain a lot of attention due to the F grade for an ND product. Before I dive into the grading, let's talk about the grade itself and what it means.

Hey, Fakespot! Didn't expect that. I am going to forewarn you, this will be a long one. I am going to go into a lot of detail, and I am going to pepper sarcasm and criticism in along the way. Just be prepared (peppered?)
