Is there any particular reason this product is in a tablet from rather than a capsule? thanks!

Saved by the update! I appreciate it. So cutting everything that says "Tablet" as the item type, like berberine+silymarin or tongkat 10%, should be fine, but skip it on "Enteric coated tablet".
Another question if you don't mind: since your berberine+silymarin tablets are delayed, can we get the same boost in availability by taking both your berberine and milk thistle powders? By what factor does silymarin improve berberine's bioavailabiltiy? I feel the effects from 500 mg berberine powder, but if I can pair it with milk thistle and take less, I'd like that.

Yeah, you can cut any of the normal tablets in half. No problem. Just avoid it on the enteric coated ones.

Yes, absolutely. We are still doing 500mg, though. So they are just more effective at that dose. Our tablets deliver 500mg of berberine and 100mg of silymarin each. So if you were to take our 4:1 milk thistle powder, that would be a 250mg dose, since our powder is 40% silymarin.
